spring

some techniques old, some new; i'm refining the oil on canvas technique (see [link]), the best incarnation of which is still busy rendering (and no one will like). still no postprocessing on this render, but i do some tricks with the "oil density" (though still entirely in my program, with 128/256bit colour processing) on the forthcoming one.

the first buds of spring, time of my birthday, are beginning to appear.
